Building design teams
Creating a design process that works for you I have years of experience of developing design strategies and processes that work for specific brands and building the nescsesary design teams needed. I build designteams with transparency and leading by example
Lean
I live by the lean principle but lean can never be an excuse for perfect design and excecution. In the end everyone loves to use beautiful products.
Development
I don't believe in pigeonholing. For me, it's not about titles, it's about skills. Digital design is a dynamic process where styling and code go hand in hand and usability and conversion are never lost sight of. That's how I develop the best solutions for my clients.
