Scanpoint uses questionnaires to process orders. Administrators can compile these questionnaires themselves in the module developed for this purpose. Questionnaires are completely flexible and offer answer options such as: multiple choice questions, simple yes/no questions and confirmations. And can then be linked to specific customers or customer groups.
